I am looking for a C++ Developer.  Please note the following:
 
Job Description            A major foreign bank which owns a large broker-dealer in New York City  is looking for
                                    A C++ Developer who can provide the following:
 
                                    Development of new features / enhancements to mortgage analytics libraries and services
                                    Integration and roll-ot of model updates and newly developed prepayment, credit and interest-rate models
                                    Explanations / tracking down of various analytical issues which may arise from time-to-time
                                    Night-time support (one in every four nights) for batch processes
 
Skills Required              These libraries and services are written in C/C++ and utilize GRIDand TIBRV technologies.  Many of the
                                    Scripts around the services are written in kish , sh, csh and perl
 
                                    A fulfillment of as many of the following skills (from highest priority to lowest) are desirable:
 
                                    Knowledge of Fixed Income Analytics (OAS, prepayment and interest-rate models; price/yield/spread
                                        Calculations, structured product cashflows)
                                    Excellent and oral and written communications skills
                                    Highly organized, detail oriented and willing to do whatever it takes to complete assigned tasks
                                    An ability to work in a highly team-oriented environment                   
                                    Application programming experience in C/C++ in Solaris and/or Linux environments
                                    Object-oriented programming experience
                                    Experience with relational database platforms (SQL, stored procedures, table/database management),
                                        Preferable Sybase
                                    Experience with TIBRV
                                    Perl, kish , sh, csh, scripting experience
                                    Experience with RogueWave products, specifically SourcePro and XML Object Link products
                                    Experience developoping or working with XML Schemas
                                    Cvs or other configuration management tools experience
 
Salary Range                This is a full time position for an Assistant Vice President and will pay up to 140k.

Title: Director, Information Technology
Location: Rye Brook, NY (shuttle to/from Rye train station)
Salary: Up to $150K + 15-20 % Bonus

SUMMARY
As a member of the senior management team, the Director is responsible for
the overall development, implementation, maintenance and strategic direction
of the company's Information Technology function, including business plans
and budgets, project milestones and metrics, reporting, disaster recovery
and business continuity, as well as direction and evaluation of IT support
personnel. This role influences the business direction in the design and
execution of system solutions to support existing and new clients, products
and operational complexities while adhering to established quality and
compliance standards as defined by senior management, clients and regulatory
authorities.

Required Skills:
. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus advanced study in information
technology and management.
. Minimum of ten (10) years Information Technology experience with
increasing responsibility including prior project management, application
development and infrastructure design.

. Minimum of three (3) years of commercial healthcare and claims experience
at the senior level.
. Must be fluent in the concepts and processes associated with insurance
product design/management; solid experience administering various products
including HMO, PPO, POS, fully insured, self insured, consumer driven plans,
high deductible plans, HRA's, HSA's and pharmacy products.

* Well rounded in IT experience with application development,
infrastructure, databases, and communications.

. Expert level knowledge of and proficiency with relevant hardware, software
and database applications for the healthcare industry.

Other Skills and Qualifications:
. High analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and project management
skills . Demonstrated ability to articulate goals, plan and implement
processes, recognize and assess different variables, and meet deadlines.

. Highly advanced interpersonal consultative and management skills to manage
critical internal and external relationships and activities

. Extensive experience in evaluating, developing, and implementing operating
procedures and systems, with the decision making authority to make changes.

. Solid understanding of the business impact of technology decisions,
including the ability to weigh the business, financial and technical
factors.

. Strong experience with vendor selection, RFP generation, and contract
negotiation.
. HIPAA, URAC, Disaster Recovery and SOX experience highly desirable.
. Experience in website design desirable.

Do you know of anyone that would be qualified to be a Director of Nursing? This is an executive position at my facility and responsible for patient care as well as medical finance management. We are a 100 bed nursing home and my Administrator is highly selective for this Executive Nursing position.

Director of Nursing in Tinton Falls, NJ
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overall management of the nursing department and coordination with other departments to provide quality care to all patients/residents.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Director of Risk Management in facility
2. Supports and practices the philosophy, objectives and standard of the department of nursing and participates in the revision of these as necessary to ensure quality care to all of the patients residents.
3. Participates in the development of policies that support nursing service.
4. Ensures that the philosophy and objectives of the department are a part of the training and orientation process of the department.
5.Coordinates interdisciplinary resident care management efforts.
6. Provides direction as regards of manner of patient care
7. Ensures the implementation of a care planning and assessment format that complies with patient needs and the regulations set forth by federal and state authorities.
8. Works with and coordinates all other services to ensure a favorable physical, emotional, and social environment is maintained.
9. Ensures effective and efficient organization and staffing of the nursing department.
10. Supervises unit managers and other nursing personnel and effectively delegates responsibility to them

Qualifications:
* New Jersey RN license
* B.S.N.
* A minimun of 3 years supervisory experience in a health care setting.
* A minimum of 5 years Long Term Care experience
