R. W. Beck, an SAIC Company, has immediate openings for Field Service Engineer Leads in Red Bank, NJ and York PA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Service Engineer Lead will be working on the installation of direct load control technologies at commercial and residential locations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct field QA inspections of installed equipment to identify problems and repair during the inspection, if possible;
•Oversee the work of the field installation crews;
•Review and approve contractor invoices;
•Provide primary interface with the client;
•Be the primary interface with the residential and commercial customers;
•Ensure that delivery dates are met;
•Prepare daily logs and report work performed;
•Provide written and oral communications daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers;
•Represent self and company with a professional image.

Desired EDUCATION/SKILLS:
•Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience with electrical, and/or mechanical systems. Additional relevant training and/or years of experience may be accepted without a Degree;
•Experience as field engineering performing QA on installed electrical systems;
•Ability to work in extreme environments under austere conditions;
•Be able to act independently, to determine needed tasking and execute in a timely fashion;
•Ability to work directly with customers representing the company ;
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while exhibiting integrity, values, and ethics.
