These are languages where you might build an application from scratch. Individuals who have worked in languages that show a deep understanding of computer science. The PM will take direction from the External Consultant, have excellent communications skills and get the implementations done. The External Consultant will map out the technical solution, teach the customer how to implement and is really going to be there for more long term help. Looking for technical Superstars, ideally someone seasoned with 10+ years of experience, self starter/self motivated with good client facing skills, communication, presentation, education , training,certifications are all important. They want the whole package. They also like people who have a stable career history 5-10 years at Blue Chip companies. Highly technical with good personality and good social skills to work in varying political climates. This position is with the consulting group and requires up to 80% travel (typically Mon-Thurs, or Tues- Fri.)
