Title: Project Manager Term: Contract Location: NY, NYC Duration: 8 months Description: The Technical PM will be responsible for the following tasks and services: Serve as day-to-day project manager on this project and adhere to DoITT SDLC methodology. Work with the DoITT project sponsor and DCLA business owners to effectively manage project scope. Management of the project work plan for all phases. Project communications including status, risks, issues and escalation. Participation in any possible development of a Request for Systems Integrator Services for future implementation phases. Relevant skills and experience include:
Practical knowledge of commercial portals, preferably Vignette, and experience leading a diverse technical team in portal application development. Working knowledge of Siebel and experience managing Siebel projects through design, development, testing and deployment. Experience in managing the design, development, and implementation of large-scale enterprise internet/intranet J2EE systems and JSR 168 portlets.
