Richard,

You can make changes to your message delivery preferences by clicking on the "Edit Membership" link at the top of the page in WNO group page in Yahoo Groups. The unfortunate news is that Yahoo does not provide a "weekly digest" option for its group messages. You can choose to only recieve notices from the moderator or to only review group messages online in the group's yahoo page.

I hope that this helps, at least a little.

1. At least 5-8 years experience working in PMO, preferably in financial services industry

2.Strong project management, oral and communication skills. PMI certification preferred.

3.Expertise in Microsoft project, MS excel including Pivot tables, Pivot Charts, VB for Excel.

4.Strong meeting facilitation and planning skills, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

2) Analyst, Private Environmental Foundation A group of three related
environmental foundations run out of a Family Office in

Great Neck, New York, is seeking a full-time Analyst. The successful candidate
will help administer grant making activities, undertake research activities, and

support the President, Treasurer and Board in shaping the foundations' strategic

plans and budgets, and their implementation. This new position will provide an
exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will have a strong educational
background, relevant work experience preferably in management consulting or a
non-profit organization, and an interest in environmental issues. About the
Employer
The Open Space Institute is conducting a candidate search on behalf of a group
of related environmental foundations ("Employer"). The Employer consists of two

operating foundations and a private, grant-making foundation, with combined
assets of approximately $130 million and a total annual budget of approximately
$6 million.

Over the past 10 years, the private grant-making foundation has awarded $50
million of grants to more than 50 beneficiaries. Its primary focus is land and
water conservation, environmental advocacy and environmental education. The
operating foundations' activities are located in Boonville, New York and focus
on providing access to open space for school children and the public at large.
The position is based in Great Neck, New York and periodic travel, most
frequently to Boonville, New York, is integral to performing the job.
Private Grant-Making Foundation
The Analyst will have research, administrative and programmatic responsibilities

for the foundation which is dedicated to funding land and water conservation,
including advocacy efforts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Help administer grant-making activities;
-Undertake research projects as requested;
-Assist to develop and maintain a rolling twenty four month budget;
-Assist President to develop projects with grantees (taking projects from "idea"
stage to fundable proposal);
-Support the President, Treasurer and Board of Directors to monitor current
projects;
-Work with grantee organizations to document project results;
-Assist to develop metrics to assess outputs and outcomes of current and past
projects;
-Support the President, Treasurer and Board of Directors to develop a long term
strategic plan for the foundation;
-Assist in preparation of and attend quarterly board meetings.

Private Operating Foundations
The Analyst will have research, administrative, operational and programmatic
responsibilities for the two operating foundations.
-Potato Hill Farm Outdoor Education Center is located in Boonville on the Tug
Hill Plateau in central New York State. It provides outdoor education and
physical activity opportunities to school children in Central New York State.
-Black River Environmental Improvement Association (BREIA) is a more mature
operating foundation also located in the Boonville area. BREIA maintains
approximately 50 kilometers of trails open to the public for cross country
skiing, snow shoeing, biking, and hiking. No fees are charged for trail use.
Qualifications
-Strong academic credentials: graduate degree preferred, especially MBA;
-Minimum of two to four years work experience, and experience at either a
management consulting firm or non-profit organization desirable;
-Proven flexibility in the workplace;
-Experience with creating and monitoring budgets;
-Proven track record in developing innovations and implementing them;
-Strong "self-starter" mentality;
-Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
-Ability to work with diverse groups as a strong team player;
-Passion for environmental/conservation causes.
Reporting: the position reports to the President and Treasurer
Salary Details: Competitive non-profit salary, commensurate with education and
experience.
