I wanted to connect with you to see if you could think of someone who I should
contact (in confidence).

The positions may be located in New York City (preference), Pittsburgh or
EMEA. They are considered to be a Managing Director-level role, and therefore
candidates will currently possess a similar level/title within FSO, banking,
insurance or related industries. Generous executive compensation packages
available including a base upwards of $250k.

Head of Technology Risk Management:

Build and maintain a GLOBAL team of individuals that provide expert information
and technology risk management identification, assessment, response, monitoring
and consulting services to business and IT partners to make sure the key
information and technology risks are appropriately proactively reported and
addressed globally. This would include the implementation of the RCG operational
risk management framework for IT, global information and technology risk
strategies, governance of information and technology risk within IT, the
execution of information and technology risk and security assessments of new and
existing technologies as well as sites, suppliers, outsourcings, offshoring, and
due diligences, management and coordination of information and technology risk
mitigation programs, and the coordination of the Technology division's responses
to regulatory and audit issues globally. This position also includes the role of
the Corporate CIO Business Partner, i.e. this individual will be the valued
partner/single point of contact to the corporate CIO for Global Operations &
Technology Risk Management (Global O&T RM) related matters.

Head Of Global Operations & Technology Risk & Control Governance:

Build and maintain a global team of risk professionals that form a center of
excellence for Information Technology, Business Continuity and various other
Global Operations & Technology Risk related matters. Responsible for ensuring
the appropriate risk management frameworks (risk and control framework as well
as audit and regulatory framework), governance, policies, methods, standards,
tools, processes, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & Key Risk Indicator (KRI)
reporting, and training are applied & understood. And provide assistance and
advice for all stakeholders. This person will be considered a "thought leader"
and will need to provide in-depth knowledge of industry standards risk analysis
approaches: COBIT, COSO, ISO, as well as global regional standards and
regulations. And have strong experience in dealing with regulators globally.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT , will be working on design and architecture across multiple applications and across different Lines of Business . Will work for the Open Systems Manager and closely with application developers to define strategy and project roadmap.

Job Description OVERVIEW

SOLUTION ARCHITECT from APP DEV background but not developer only

Experience:

- 10+ years overall IT experience with Microsoft technologies, 3+ years experience in a similar role using MS.NET

- Proven experience estimating, planning, designing, and implementing n-tier software architectures and solutions.

- Sound IT experience in some combination of application architectures, software development and infrastructure, systems integration, package implementation, and interaction design.

- Solid knowledge of Industry Standards, Frameworks, and Design Patterns.

- Experience with interaction design, web technologies, and web service solutions.

- Extensive background in .Net framework with an emphasis on versions 2.0 to 4.0.

Responsibilities:

- Help in defining, maintaining, and enhancing the base Application Architecture that will be used on all applications.

- Provide guidance in best practice and tool use in the design and build of technical frameworks and the applications built on them.

- Assist in institutionalizing defined application architecture patterns and their use in various projects.

- Maintain awareness of industry changes in technology standards, information management, development standards, methods and emerging 3rd party software and determine how they can be utilized and applied in context and applied to the core application architecture.

- Architect solutions to meet business requirements and ensure that they follow the application architecture and other guidelines defined by IT.

- Participate actively during all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle of multiple projects in parallel, and ensure that project deliverables are met in time and with excellent quality.

- Work with business users along with the Project Coordinators to understand inefficiencies in their existing business processes and applications and recommend solutions.

- Create technology roadmaps in line with business vision and direction.

- Perform detailed technical analysis to present pros and cons of various technical approaches to solutions and recommend the appropriate solution.

- Produce detailed architecture documents to present the complete technology solution for a product.
