Description
A Global Financial Institution has an immediate opening for a Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager.

Experience: 3-5
Education: Bachelors Degree

Job Description:
Work with Brokerage Private Bank, N.Aand various other business units to support both Senior Business Analyst(s) as they work to create/refine business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide PMO type support to the project Team. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for helping refine the deliverables generated during the business/systems analysis across Retail Banking deposits and banking technology, contributing to the successful implementation of projects by ensuring from the PM role that all the required tasks are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned.

Specific responsibilities include:
-Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements.
-Assist in Documenting business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, and use cases
-Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies.
-Day-to-day support of the Work-Stream Lead?s key responsibilities (e.g., draft meeting minutes, coordinate meetings, take the first pass at reviewing deliverables generated by the Business Analysis/Development team to improve quality.)
-Assist in the change management and QA/Testing

Skills Required:
-Minimum 5+ years in a large complex banking organization or major consulting organization
-Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications
-Business Analysis / PMO background in SDLC.
-Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment
-Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
-Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical

Skills Desired:
-Familiarity with the banking regulatory environment (i.e. OCC regulations, Fed regulations, Regulatory reporting, FFIEC/FDICIA)
-Experience with some/all of the following banking products: Deposits (sweeps, checking, savings, DDA, MMDA, CD), Credit Cards, Debit Cards
