This is an ad we ran on craigslist. We have substantially increased our
commission payouts.
Software company based in Fairfield County Connecticut, tri-state area
looking for a technical sales person to sell mobile app development services
and on-site contract placement / staff augmentation services
. This is a commission only sales position, but with a very generous
commission rate along with bonuses for achieving targets.
. Commissions are given out on the generated revenue and not profit, so
there is complete transparency.
. There are NO CAPS on the commission
. Leads will be provided on regular basis, but the you will be expected to
bring in new business, which shouldn't be too difficult with the growing
demand for mobile applications.
. You will also be provided with a Pre-Sales engineer and other support for
closing a sale
. You will be required to maintain client relationship to ensure successful
completion of projects and gain additional business/referrals.
. Knowledge of Smartphones like iPhone, Android, Blackberry etc along with
general software development knowledge would insure success in this job
. Position requires traveling but would generally be restricted to the
tri-state area.

Location: Simsbury, CT
Duration: 6-8 months + possible extensions
contract position
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Property and
Casualty Insurance industry who will work on multiple small to midsize
projects with emphasis on the claims lifecycle. Candidates must have the
skills to facilitate discussions of "Current vs. Future" state
opportunities, document current state, gaps and facilitate and build
consensus on future state solutions.
The BA may do any combination of the following:
1. Support requirements, process changes and testing for regulatory
changes as driven by regulatory changes.
2. Support assessment of process changes in Claims operations as
relates to functions such as work intake, claims processing or financials
3. Support identification and/or build processes supporting vendor
management. This includes performance reporting, governance model and
process/communications standards.
4. Support process standards required for SOX compliance
5. Support update and enhancement of existing claims processes to
support further promotion and use of processes across the enterprise in
other business units or divisions
6. Support data mapping and tracking for vendor integration project.
This can include meeting notes, facilitation, data matrices upkeep, testing
7. Support or participation in Claims system enhancement process
testing
8. Support and ownership of small work efforts or issues impact
efficiency of claims processing
Required Skills and Experience:
. Must have at least 8 years business experience
. 3+ years of Strong Claims Operation knowledge in P&C
. Clear history of progressive skills in Business Analysis with
focus on the insurance industry, i.e., requirements, process documentation,
data mapping and testing
. Full MS Office suite; MS Visio and MS project is a plus
. Excellent Communication skills for all levels of organization with
intermediate skills in facilitation and consensus building.

Hope your having a great start to the summer! I've got a relatively local
position...i.e. - it's in this state :) Any help would be appreciated.

I'm hopeful that someone from the group/s may be/or know of someone appropriate
for a client located in South Jersey (easy commute from Philadelphia). They
are a substantial Health Care organization with over 170 offices nationwide and
are actively seeking a Telecom - Network Engineer / Analyst.
