Job Title: Project Manager – System/Process Implementation
Responsibilities:
• Manages all aspects of project assessment to deploy the process improvement and software support within the business
o Document As-IS Business process
o Develop Business requirement
o Manages System Validation – System setup and Testing
o Develops Change Management/Communication plan
o Manages site training (users and admin)
o Coordinates implementation plan
• Develop and document workflow, system requirements, process analysis and testing to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions and identify and document expected impact of solution on existing and future systems
• Lead cross-functional members within functional departs (including Information Technology)
• Manage various e-Business and infrastructure projects of a complex nature
• Management areas to provide solutions and resolve issues for managed projects
• Development team member for multiple parallel workflow efforts
Requirements/Skills:
• B.A./B.S. and MS Degree required
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or any Process Improvement Methodologies is a plus
• Must have 4-6 of years in a business analyst/project management capacity
• Ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must
• Take a lead role to ensure successful execution of the detailed project work plan
• Ability to provide executive level analysis and recommendations on project well being
• Business requirements analysis experience / Possess excellent analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and overall knowledge of system validation activities
• Success in team building, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong conceptual grasp of technology
• Good understanding of the following topics: consumer products, packaging, design, process excellence and marketing
• Project Management and IT/MIS background preferred
