Looking for an infrastructure PM with capital markets experience. PM will be working under one overall program and will have their individual project. • Responsible for the successful IT execution of the project plan
• Work with technology to develop, execute and implement an E2E project plan which incorporates all stakeholder activities.
• Coordinate the definition, review and endorsement of the project scope, approach and associated project initiation documentation including associated governance model in alignment with specific guidelines
• Provide continuous oversight for the delivery of the project in timely and cost efficient manner
• Provide single point, end-to-end accountability to the project owner, PMO and the RMO for coordination & delivery of the project
• Ensure the project clearly aligns with the technology strategy and Client long term sustainability
• Responsible for status reporting on assigned projects including issues and risks. Manage and report on periodical basis the status of deliverables, schedule, budget, risks and issues to the project steering committee and stakeholders
• Responsible for identifying and engaging all stakeholders for participation. Set and manage business expectations
• Responsible for attaining all approvals for proposed solution
• Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and conduct regular status meetings with the project team
• Work collaboratively and facilitate sessions as required with the project team, functional managers and associated stakeholders to ensure optimum solution design and delivery
• Identify, resolve and or escalate project issues and risks in timely manner
• Responsible for managing the project budget, where applicable. Follow approved processes for tracking and reporting project financials. Identify, monitor and escalate resources and cost requirements
• Ensure compliance with approved processes for change control
• Ensure quality control processes and activities are integrated into the project lifecycle and associated PMLC/SDLC documentation in accordance with requirements
• Ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects in accordance with all and Enterprise PMO methodology, guidelines and documentation requirements

The Client Service Delivery Manager manages exceptions and escalates major exceptions as appropriate and implements remedies in consultation with suppliers and customers. The Client Service Delivery Manager facilitates periodic risk assessment and follows up on agreed risk mitigation actions.
The Client Service Delivery Manager is responsible to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement (Cost Reduction and\or Quality Improvement) and keeps overview of the Continuous Improvement Plans.
Responsibilities:
• Produces or reviews SLAs, OLAs and contracts. Obtains and evaluates proposals from suppliers to ensure that all business and IT requirements are satisfied. Reviews service scope, SLAs, OLAs and other agreements on a regular basis, ideally at least annually.
• Identifies, along with the OpCo App Owner, capacity requirements through discussions with the business users. Ensures that there is adequate IT capacity to meet required levels of service, and that IT management is correctly advised on how to match capacity and demand and to ensure that use of existing capacity is optimized. Forecasts future capacity requirements based on business plans, usage trends, sizing of new services, etc. Performs service cost management activities in close partnership with finance and sourcing.
• Coordinates the implementation of new or changed Application Support services, identifying budgetary, technical and staffing requirements. Manages and coordinates the Service Transition.
• Maintains a good overall knowledge of supported Applications and the technical frameworks in which they operate.
• Works with the OpCo to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Positively influences all levels of management to ensure that service improvement activities are receiving the necessary support and are resourced sufficiently to implement solutions.
• Reports to management (both Client and OpCo) on any issue that could significantly impact the business
• Analyses usage and performance data, and reports on performance against targets contained in SLAs, ensuring that:
o service reports are produced for each customer and that breaches of SLA targets are highlighted, investigated and actions taken to prevent their recurrence
o performance reviews are scheduled, carried out with customers regularly and are documented with agreed actions progressed
o improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted on and progress reports are provided to customers
o complaints are recorded, managed, escalated where necessary and resolved.
o customer satisfaction is measured, recorded, analyzed and improved.
