HR Project Manager/ Sr. Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior-level position within the HRIS structure. This position partners with HR Directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The Senior HRIS Analyst builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position requires strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Resources Module and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
1. System Maintenance (% of time: 5)
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS system tables. Document process and results.
2. Production Support (% of time: 15)
Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
3. Projects/Process Improvement (% of time: 60)
Project Management: Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. Use this data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications. Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
4. Reports/Queries (% of time: 10)
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
5. Training (% of time: 5)
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
6. Individual Development (% of time: 5)
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conference s.
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred.
Previous Work Experience
Five to eight years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience. Three to five years of project management experience. Systems implementation experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of Lawson's Human Capital Management Module including absence mgmt, ESS, MSS, Process flow setup, crystal report writing, LBI, Lawson Add-ins. Knowledge of Kronos a plus. Knowledge of organizational development, change management and quality principles. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with other HRMS such as PeopleSoft and Kronos Time & Attendance modules a plus. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

A multinational commercial property & casualty insurance company based in Korea.
The IT Manager/Business Analyst will have good analytic and communication skills, plus excellent technology skills and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Alongside a strong background in commercial insurance, the ability to provide technical support, ideas and concepts through effective technology paths.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead IT strategy, design and architecture efforts by directing internal and external engineering to deliver the systems
· Provide IT technical expertise coupled with an understanding of property and casualty insurance that support the maintenance and development of the companyâs software applications
· Interact with users and vendors to effectively communicate business needs, error identification and resolution, and system implementations, while leading IT Department
· Provide timely and professional customer service to internal clients and external vendors
· Support and lead the development of new systems, programs, and or system enhancements
· Resource for the user community in system and process matters/issues
Requirements:
· 7 to 10 years of property and casualty insurance experience in an IT management and/or IT planning role, including business intelligence that can be transformed into application and operational support
· Must have previously been an insurance underwriter
· Strong understanding business processes and business requirements to effectively communicate business needs between end users and external vendors.
· Knowledge of MIS technical skills including but not limited to Java, Oracle, TCP/IP, WebLogic, WMWare, Exchange Server & other Internet based technology
· Travel Required
· Solid customer service and relationship skills
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· BA/BS in IT

Requirements:
· Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements on a statutory and GAAP basis
· Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual statutory financial statements
· Preparation and review of financial reports, forecasts, inventory analysis and monthly closing of the general ledger.
· Supervise Accounting Department on day to day activities
· Prepare of audit schedule needed in conjunction with the annual external audit.
· Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
· Corporate cash management and cash flow in respect to payroll, accounts receivable and payables.
· Interface with all departments on information and documentation required for submissions for reports required by regulatory agencies
· Ensure company is in compliance with tax laws. Handle all company tax matters i.e. tax audits.
· Prepare and review corporate tax returns
· Mentor and supervise junior staff members-Accounting Manager, Accountants, Accounting Clerks, and Executive Administrative Assistant
· Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Accounting
10 years experience working in the Insurance (Property and Casualty) industry
5 years of supervisory experience
CPA
MBA a plus
