Centerline Partners Sr. Business Analyst
As part of a Centerline Partners team, the Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting current business processes & services. The scope of project efforts will include business, user, functional, and technical requirements.
Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing, defining and documenting business and functional requirements for projects
• Generating use cases to capture and document requirements
• Participating in cross functional requirement sessions and activities with business and technical team members
• Supporting requirements understanding and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Completing current state analysis and producing all related supporting documentation
• Participating in full project lifecycle solution planning and execution
• Facilitating issue capture, triage and resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously seek and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions for business and clients
Qualifications:
• Previous management consulting experience
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Strong client facing skills
• Experience working within Agile and/or RUP development methodologies a plus
• Experience in working in teams leveraging one or more Requirements Management tools
• Exposure to Six Sigma, CMMi or related methodologies
• Awareness of Program life cycles and an appreciation for the inputs and outputs of all phases of SDLC
• BA/BS plus 5 years consulting experience, MBA a strong plus
