a. Statement of Work: Provide 16 experienced C# .Net Web developers with prior experience in developing and distributing web applications using Microsoft C# .Net 3.5+, SQL Server 2008/2012 and web services to assist in upgrading our eCommerce systems.

b. Deliverables:

Ø Provide accurate time estimates for coding based on provided functional and technical specifications.

Ø Develop code based on provided functional and technical specifications.

Ø Unit test all developed code.

Ø Participate in a peer review of all developed code.

Ø Perform some basic analysis of current functionality and of requested functionality.

Ø Assist in QA and UAT of all code for a release.

d. Requirements
