Currently there exists a need for a Project Technical Coordinator (PTC) to
coordinate Infrastructure resources and deliverables, on a per-project basis
for local North American and Global initiatives, within the Information
Solutions Department. PTC is in charge of assessing the technical scope and
complexity for Business projects, engaging the appropriate GIS resources, to
then lead the design and solution delivery for Infrastructure requirements
by developing and executing a linear plan. PTC defines technical solutions,
validates them, and ensures their implementation with associated
maintainability in mind. PTC defines and formalizes the technical
architecture by taking into account technical standards, existing
architectures and shared platforms. PTC prototypes, qualifies, validates,
optimizes and documents the technical components. PTC provides the
description of the technical activities and the associated costs (human
resources internal and external, training, hardware and software cost), as
well as the detailed technical plan of the project. PTC contributes to the
strategy definition and planning of the production environment
implementation. PTC coordinates various disperse technical teams and ensures
timely execution of the various complex technical tasks. PTC formalizes the
necessary information by completing various documents related to the
projects (architecture, technical design, production migration, operations
procedures etc) and leads the post go live phase of the project.

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES - Liaise between the IS Business Project Manager and
IS Infrastructure technical resources:
Translation of business and vendor requirements into approved corporate
specifications Coordinates the effective use of critical Infrastructure
technical resources Ensures the adherence and compliance to technical
standards, in leading the delivery of complex technology solutions. -
Lead/Coordinate/Perform the technical tasks within a project:
Translation of business and vendor requirements into approved corporate
specifications Creation of Infrastructure architecture design, including
supporting technical documents Perform technical solution system sizing
Acquistion of equipment quotes and project hardware / software / licensing
Project Coordination of all required Infrastructure task timelines and
deliverables, in accordance with the IS Project Management Methodology. -
Provide technical guidance and expertise througout the project lifecycle -
Be accountable during the project for all technical aspects (from the
requirements to the project closing) - Lead multidisciplinary team - Report
to the project committee, steering committee - Optimize the solutions before
the go live - Other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Minimum 5-8 years working experience in a mid to large scale computing
environment. Thorough knowledge of all server platforms, operating systems,
LAN/WAN technologies, and desktop personal productivity software (i.,e.
Office, Project, Visio). Prior experience in GxP FDA-regulated environment
is highly desirable. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration
skills are a must.

Other Technical knowledge
Strong technical skills in data integration technologies and good
understanding of related, underlying technologies (ETL, EAI, BI, data
warehousing etc) Good knowledge of Application Software Architecture Good
knowledge in application Hosting Architecture

Role (1): Job Description: Looking for a Delivery Manager to help operate

ROLE SUMMARY:
Assist Service Workspace Service Management team with the development of a
service management platform for real-time collaboration, and overall
development of an enhanced service adoption and service management practice
for AMRS Workspace. Scope will include Meeting and Video Conference
Support, and other assigned services, in the areas of contract management,
vendor management, customer and user management, reporting, service level
management, incident management, problem management, and change management.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
IDEAL BACKGROUND IS SERVICE MANAGER OR SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER FOR IT
SERVICE SUPPLIER
- Assure delivery and quality review of all reports, key performance
indicators, and service level agreements on a timely basis
- Document and enter key metrics into correlating systems and tools,
synchronously with required submission and review timeframes associated with
said metrics. Includes but is not limited to Weekly reviews, Monthly
Reviews, and MBR cycles.
- Interface with Suppliers, as appropriate to support operation of service,
including but not limited to escalation management, change management,
incident management, and problem management.
- Thoroughly manage escalations and associated service exceptions to timely
workaround, resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Work with Service and Support manager to define, build, maintain and
"ever-green" key metrics to assure ongoing usefuleness, relevance, and
intelligence
- Manage BAU projects, deployments and complex tasks, such as new service
deployment, complex change, and remediation plans, as assigned by the
Service and Support Manager
- Oversee Quality Assurance processes, interfacing with Suppliers, other
groups, and user community to compel and drive a comprehensive Quality
Assurance and Continuous Service Improvement program
- Perform meeting preparation, including assembly of presentation decks,
reports, metrics, and project updates, as assigned by Service and Support
Manager

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
- Working experience managing an IT service, preferably for an external
client, with evidence of meeting management, task management, business
reporting, and p&l management
- Exposure to telecommunications and collaboration technologies; practical
experience in that field preferred.

- Strong written and oral communications skills, good communication skills:
this job will really require true business writing skills; Presentation
skills, as evidenced by training experience, meeting management experience,

Responsibilities:

* Planning, execution and/or consulting of critical infrastructure or business events. (Please be aware that this will incorporate weekend work)

* Coordinate and document all exercises according to the Planned Events framework including event Runbook development, risk assessments, and communications to the organization on service impacts.
