BRAND SALES SPECIALIST - HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING (HPC) - Selling to Financial Services Industry
Location: New York, NY
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of current experience selling Enterprise Software solutions
* Experience selling into Major Financial Services Customers
* Full Sales life cycle experience including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing
* Solid track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas over $1M for the last 4 years
* 3+ years of experience closing enterprise software sales in excess of $500K
* Must be a hunter with a strong new account acquisition track record
* Experience selling both products and services
* Must currently Reside in the NY Metro area. Preferences:
* Someone coming from a Big Data, Grid, SuperComputing, or High Performance Computing type company
* candidates who have a proven sales track record but grew up in a Pre-sales role and moved into against quota'd sales. (good technical understanding of HPC)RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will be a strong hunter with a solid track record of closing new business into the Education sector, with at least 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions and services into Education / Higher Education organizations. S/he will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and then growing the accounts won and selling cost effective, scalable robust high performance computing solutions (HPC), including Grid, Cloud and Virtualization solutions into Education accounts
