Primary responsibility:
To collaborate with project management and business teams to build scalable and extensible enterprise level integration solutions. They will also perform development and maintenance activities including conceptual system design, technical design and detailed specifications.
This position may require up to 75% travel.
Desired Skills & Experience
3 + years experience working with EDI systems design, development, and analysis, including knowledge of trading partner/scheduling agreements and configurations, mapping, connectivity (VAN, AS2, HTTP),ANSIX12 and XML standards.
Experience in EDI related area
Working knowledge with IBM STERLING B2B INTEGRATOR release 5.2 and knowledge on IBM STERLING B2B INTEGRATOR 5.2 functionalities are preferred. (If the consultant do not have working knowledge then working knowledge in IBM STERLING B2B INTEGRATOR release 5.0/5.1 will be preferred)
Strong knowledge of UNIX (Solaris, HPUX) and LINUX and shell script design.
Strong Knowledge ofEnterpriseApplication and Business-to-Business Integration.
Experience in XPATH, XML, XSL, BPML, BPEL.
Experience working with document transfer protocols: Connect:Direct, Connect:
Experience configuring and managing IBM STERLING B2B INTEGRATOR in a High Availability Configuration.
Experience with Java / J2EE preferred.
Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, mySQL databases: database sizing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and query design.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent client facing skills
