Contract Administrator
Tangoe is a leading provider of global enterprise communications lifecycle management software and related services. The Company's solutions help global organizations manage, understand and control their fixed and mobile communications assets and costs. Tangoe's solution encompasses the entire fixed and mobile communications lifecycle including contract sourcing, asset procurement, services provisioning, invoice processing, expense allocation, bill payment, policy enforcement, usage management, real time expense management, inventory tracking, and device management and decommissioning. Tangoe's customer contracts, like those of most software as a service companies, are comprised of a master service agreement, and separate statements of work or schedules for the particular solutions purchased by a customer.
Duties and Responsibilities of Contract Administrator
* Contract Administrator will administer the process by which Tangoe negotiates, reviews and enters into agreements, primarily for customer agreements but also for other agreements. These responsibilities will include receiving the initial requests for contract preparation or review; tracking the progress of each contract as it is reviewed, negotiated and signed; preparing contracts and necessary documentation for execution and generally coordinating the legal, sales, operations and finance teams whose input is required.
* Contract Administrator will assist with the initial drafting of agreements using Tangoe templates, and in the review of more basic agreements, such as confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
* Contract Administrator will help implement and manage document retention and administration processes, to ensure that contracts are properly filed, and that contract terms are summarized, entered into a data base and then administered correctly.
* Contract Administrator will act as a knowledgeable point of contact to provide explanations of Tangoe's policies, procedures and requirements.
* Contract Administrator will be a member of the Legal Department.
Skills Required in Contract Administrators
* This position requires an organized and efficient individual.
* This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to coordinate with and extract input from a diverse, cross-functional team.
* The position requires good project management skills to be able to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding internal and external requirements.
* Contract Administrator must work well under time constraints and pressure.
* Contract Administrator should have familiarity with the legal issues involved in contracts.
Educational Qualifications Required for Contract Administrators
Education requirements include a two or four year degree. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience/Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with at least two years' experience in contract administration, preferably in the software, service or outsource industries.

* This attorney will provide training to the sales organization on contract terms and conditions; support the efforts of the sales, finance and operations teams in establishing contractual requirements; and, ensure general coordination with the sales, operations and finance teams.
* This attorney will be a member of the Legal Department and will report to the General Counsel.
