Position:  Program Manager – Master Data Mgmt
Location:  Essex County, North NJ
Type:   Permanent, Base Salary, 145K plus bonus and benefits
* Accountable for day-to-day management to meet the program's goals and objectives (success metrics) including delivery of the project on time, on budget and with expected benefits (ROI, etc.).
* Direct accountability for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the program's work efforts including financial, resource and benefits management.
* Directly manages the efforts of divisional PMO project management staff in support of all project management activities in compliance with EPMO standards and guidelines.
* Manages the recruitment, on-boarding, professional development and performance evaluation of assigned PM and PM support staff and ensures compliance with enterprise PM methodologies and standards and other regulatory requirements in collaboration with the EPMO.
* Ensures the quality of program and subordinate project-related data that is fed into enterprise-wide systems and reports.
* Plays a key role in the overall planning, data reporting and analysis of program related work efforts
* Works with EPMO and divisional management in:
* Scoping potential projects and preparing them to enter the project pipeline.
* Monitoring and reporting project resource capacity and demand
* Partners with assigned EPMO Manager and other DPMO Managers to develop and drive adoption of enterprise wide project management tools, processes and standards to continually enhance enterprise project management maturity.
* Partners with EPMO and other DPMO and Program Managers to drive project management capabilities through the use of project management technology solutions, inclusive of minimum standards of data and information capture.
* Manages program staff to ensure overall client satisfaction and appropriate level of service delivery.

The IIBA New Jersey chapter had a great meeting last week at Microsoft in
Iselin (our April meeting) where we heard Barbara von Halle give a great
presentation on "The Decision Model for Business Analysts.

Please mark your calendars for our May monthly meeting (Thursday, May 16)
at Microsoft in Iselin where we will hear Bridget Burne discuss "Social
Collaboration". Bridget is a Solutions Engineer with Blueprint Software
Solutions, a global leader in the Requirements Definition and Management
(RDM) space. Bridget has implemented Blueprint's RDM software at multiple
customers across multiple industries. She has also educated over 300
individual users on the function, capabilities, and best practices of
Blueprint.
