Requirements
· Use SharePoint for data collection, data sharing, creating customized dashboards (client dashboards are reflecting service level statuses in real time and leveraging two products that are currently available in SharePoint Server called PerformancePoint and Power Pivot (provide monitoring and reporting capability)
· Solid application development background, developing with SharePoint and providing production support for IT services
· Demonstrate knowledge of the application development lifecycle, ITIL service management framework, service catalog, and establishing performance monitoring and reporting for the enterprise and its clients
· Responsible for managing existing SharePoint services and developing new capabilities that allows the IT Operations group deliver consistent quality services to its clients; enable the transparency of performance management
