Project Description and Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation and consistent delivery of projects to agree upon timelines, budgets and, expectations of quality
* Work with clients, developers, and vendors to determine requirements
* Create and manage project budget verses actual expenditures (capital and expense)
* Create and manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and scheduled project plan
* Manage and supervise project team resources
* Develop critical path analysis for project implementation
* Responsible for business change management (including business process redesign, training, Standard Operating Procedures)
* Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes
* Manage project issues and risks through standard issue / risk process
* Communicate with stakeholders
* Communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties
* Ensure compliance with required controls
* Manage projects with dollar values in excess of $500,000
* Develop and maintain Data Quality Plan; ensure plan is reviewed by appropriate functional groups and stakeholders
* Develop detailed migration plans for regulatory source content through various stages within the established process
* Closely coordinate plans with adjacent groups that are dependent on information / content to minimize risk of redundant content processed for migration
* Establish and maintain a SharePoint site for team to visit for up to date information on status and access to organized documents related to integration plans for regulatory source content
* Collect and assemble metrics for status of regulatory source content being migrated
* Work closely with our counterparts in other departments and companies to execute on approved plans for migrating regulatory source content
* Manage operational requests from partner companies to provision partner account access and transport of content / data
* Develop a clear and concise status reports that:
* Details the sequencing and migration of regulatory source content from source to the targeted integration staging areas
* Migrates content into the submission content repository
* Provides work stream stakeholders summary dashboard information on progress and plans
Requirements:
* Bachelor'
* PMP, or equivalent certification, required
* Proven experience with business capability projects; strong process engineering skills
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree / Technical degree or equivalent
This 4+ month position starts ASAP.
