Hi, I came across your resume and wanted to see if you were available for long-term contract role. This position is in Jersey City.
As per the client, must be US citizen, GC/EAD holder (cannot work with third parties).
Seeking a Sr. PMO Manager for the following -
QUALIFICATIONS
??Senior PMO manager with at least 15 years experience of information technology and software development project management. 10+ years proven use of various Software Development Methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, RUP) is required.
??Candidates must have significant experience in the direct management of global PMO operations and a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions in Financial Services organizations, preferably in the Electronic Banking space or another dynamic and fast paced environment within Financial Services.?
??Candidates need to have a demonstrated ability to define, evolve, mature and apply PMO Processes, Methodologies, and Governance practices in the delivery of complex cross-functional technology initiatives. A track record of achievement working in a customized software development environment defining and enforcing the use of leading methodologies and processes is expected.
??Direct experience managing staff (FTE/Contracted) Project Managers in a large matrixed global organization is required.
??Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and people management skills are required.
??Candidate is expected to work effectively in cross-organization situations and be enthusiastic about delivering quality Programs and Products with world-class people, processes and tools.
??In addition, the successful candidate will have highly effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational and management skills.
??The right person should have a strong and diverse technical background with the ability to intelligently communicate across technology functional areas (Requirements, Infrastructure, Development, QC, Production Support, etc).
??Must be able to promote teamwork within/across groups.
??Bachelors Degree required (MBA preferred)
??PMP Certification a plus
