> Essential Responsibilities:
> •Provide programming and support throughout eCommercere-platforming project and ultimately assume the role of lead eCommerceprogrammer with full accountability for continuing platform development and legacy systems infrastructure integration.
> •Program and provide continuous feedback to IS and eCommerceteams on the programming progress and performance as it relates to managed servers, security and storage infrastructure.
> •Interact with applications staff – internal, external and freelance –to ensure programming support and integration of new platform with existing programming environments.
> •Maintain wiki-style documentation throughout all programming phases to foster usability within a diverse programmer/user community
> •Excellent team player and problem solver with a high level of self-motivation and initiatives

> Requirements:
> •Bachelor Degree in Programming or equivalent certifications
> •3-5 years Java programming experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment
> •Experience with eCommerceaccellerators, Java, Spring framework and RAD (rapid applications development)
> •Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications
> •Ability to multitask and attention to detail a must
> •Familiar with build automation (Ant) and Web Services (REST)
> •Experience with offshore development resources helpful.
