· Make Tech Ops a reality. You will collaborate with the Software
Development team to contribute to the continuous refinement of product,
software development methodology, internal tools and anything else that
helps expand Paltalk's market position.****
· Architect, design, implement, and manage state of the art
production operations and corporate IT infrastructure, including robust
process definition, documentation, site monitoring and alerting and
escalation.****
· Support a mission critical environment built for scale and
optimized for continuous delivery. You have to be one step ahead in
monitoring, capacity planning, identifying risks & bottlenecks and
availability management.****
· Drive root cause analysis activities, identify corrective actions,
track completion of corrective actions and provide supporting communication.

· Administer and improve backup, HA, and DR processes and procedures.

· Define company's tech support offerings and SLAs****
· Develop and improve essential processes for efficient support of
operations****
· Define and optimize internal processes, practices and quality
standards****
· Day-to-day management of Deployment, Implementation, Technical
Support and Client Service teams****
