Softworld client is an Industry leading insurance company looking for a talented and goal-oriented P&C person to help provide superior service and support to our IT Project Management department in a variety of areas. Individuals who are excited about working with a professional team and are interested in developing their analytical skills for future growth opportunities within the department as an IT Business Analyst would find this opportunity most interesting.
The position provides key support to the PMO team - including project activation/closure, ticket analysis/reporting, resource allocation/tracking, time management support/reporting, and thorough analysis of issues & solutions as assigned. This person will work very closely with all PMO team members including CIO, Project Managers, Application Development Managers, and Business Analysts in order to facilitate team communication and meet assigned goals.

Required Skills:
Commercial P&C Insurance Experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 (specifically EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA/Tempo is preferred
Goal-oriented and committed to success in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
Strong time management skills
Bachelors' Degree preferred
At least one year working experience in related field
Local Morristown area candidates strongly preferred
