Job Title: OCONUS Site Lead
Location: Kabul, Afghanistan
Responsibilities:
Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.Interface with government personnel in highly demanding environment. Manage subcontractor personnel, all logistics for deployed team members, ground internet services, SATCOM services, and oversee maintenance of aircraft support services. Perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations on solutions to real time problems within a limited infrastructure OCONUS environment. Manage inventory and logistics of DoD systems. Provide safety oversight of aircraft operations. Knowledge of PED/PME is a benefit. Provide daily and regular reports to Government and Team management personnel. Attend meetings with customer personnel.
Qualifications:

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: APG, Maryland

Overview:
Defense contractor is looking for a Project Scheduler or Project Manager with strong scheduling, Earned Value Management or EVMS, PMP certification, MS Project, and government contracting experience in Engineering to develop, maintain and manage project schedules.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting a multi-functional Supply Chain Management team to include spares supply management, establishing spares forecast models, and coordinate inventory control operations and depot management functions. Support the management of Depot operations and report on Depot effectiveness. Manage and coordinate the operational aspects of one or more projects and serve as the liaison between project management and the project team, planning, and line management for sharing information and resolving basic problems. Using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools, monitor and report status on critical supply chain for cost and delivery status. Familiarity with Army Supply Management Standards and production management systems (SAP, MTO, COLTS, etc) is crucial to being successful in this role. Interface with manufacturing staff, production control, purchasing, finance, and quality to support on time delivery performance. Identify cost reduction opportunities for lean supply chain. Coordinate with customer for reporting status and issue resolution across the spectrum of logistics issues. Drive the overall process of program using leadership and supply chain management experience. Must demonstrate an extensive understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets.
Qualifications:

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: APG, Maryland

Overview:
The individual will serve as the Project Scheduler/EVM Consultant for Federal Government programs. He/she will be the subject matter expert for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The individual will establish integrated scheduling processes and protocols to ensure vertically and horizontally integrated schedules and scheduling products. He/she will integrate the program schedule system with an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and other program performance reporting and data systems. The experienced candidate will apply the methods, tools, and techniques that are appropriate for the work requirements and assure that the technical quality of work products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
The individual will develop program management items such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM), Program Schedules, Schedule Plans and Baselines, Work Authorization Documents, Control Account Plans, and Schedule Analytic Reports. He/she should also be proficient in the design, implementation, and support of an EVMS which is compliant with the ANSI/EIA 748 standard and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience designing, analyzing, and implementing project schedules and integrated master schedules for Federal Government programs. In addition, the candidates should have experience designing, implementing, and supporting an EVMS which is compliant with the ANSI/EIA 748 standard and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
