Administrator responsible for resolving escalated troubleshooting
requirements. Responsible for guiding junior administrators in trouble
shooting non-routine and complex troubleshooting requirements. As a senior
member, is responsible for ensuring SLA is met and there are no complaints
from customer. Technically sound, Contributes to KM and practice building.
Prepares the Change management plan and gets sign-off . Conducts planned
regular and random Technical audits. Suggest improvement plans. Implement
and share best practices. Implement automation of regular admin activities.
Capture and report metrics like Devices/FTE , incidents/FTE,
incidents/devices, SA metrics. Perform trend analysis on the data captured.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
 
Troubleshooting & Resolution of complex Voice network problems (QoS)
RCA for identified high Priority issues
Knowledge on SIP technology (Session manager/ SBC) & Audix/ Modular messaging / IVR / VOIP Setup
Sound knowledge on voice HW/SW Installation, maintenance, and Troubleshoot alarms and errors knowledge
Configuration, maintenance and support of contact center voice and data communications
Provides UC product subject matter expertise as it relates to skills-based routing, computer telephony integration, agent monitoring, call recording, work force management, reporting and integration with other applications such as CRM solutions
Hands-on configuration of all communications equipment including PBX's and adjunct devices that support contact center operations
Maintain and support appropriate device connectivity utilizing MPLS, VoIP, SIP and IPT
Monitors and performs level 2/3 network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose complex network problems in support of contact center solutions
Provides business partners and users with advanced network technical support, and responds to needs and questions of business partners and users.
Provides 2nd and 3rd tier support for call center issues and participates in on-call rotation
