>Top Three Skills: 1) Hands on Scrum master
>2) Personality / communication skills are very big .. not someone that is all book smart and caught up in "this is the way agile does it". Easy going, practical, adaptive, clear and concise.
>3) Worked in large enterprise company, preference healthcare.
>Job Description: Out client is looking for a Senior Agile Scrum Master who will be responsible for facilitating one or more scrum teams to support the delivery of strategic technology products. This position requires individuals who are not only experienced as a Scrum Master, but have extensive track records of delivering high quality systems and products. Applicants should have a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile Methods, especially Scrum. In addition to acting in the role of Scrum Master, the position requires close collaboration with enterprise Agile Coaches to ensure compliance with the Scrum implementation approach adopted by our client. They will be responsible for sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos.
>Additional Information: They are starting to truly build out the agile teams and as an organization calling it "common delivery model". Very large initiatives and projects in the pipe so they are doing artifact requirements but getting away from that process that gathering artifacts does and getting focused on training & guidance more than anything else. Main goal is to build out the agility across the board and intro into engineering practices. Having scalable agile framework – how do they do that? By scaling their portfolios.
