Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for requirements, systems analysis,
testing, and project management supporting the Investment Coordination (IC)
group within Investment Administration (IA). The IC group is responsible for
investment performance measurement, performance attribution, benchmark
maintenance, performance composites, client cash flows, cash monitoring &
management and providing support to the investment teams.

This position requires a high level of direct interaction with business
users as well as excellent communication and delivery. The candidate should
have performance & attribution domain knowledge from another asset manager
or financial services firm and have previously worked in or supported an
investment operations business group. This role will report to the Lead
Analyst for Performance & Attribution.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Systems analyst will have the following responsibilities:

* Interact with investment professionals to proactively identify
opportunities for new/improved systems

* Work with business partners to define, analyze and document
requirements

* Produce functional specifications for new systems and
enhancements

* Coordinate project tasks across multiple IT groups

* Plan and perform functional testing of new systems and
enhancements

* Provide ongoing support including research & resolution of
issues, issue tracking and status reporting

* Collaborate with business partners to prioritize
support/enhancement needs

* Key to this role is analytical capability, domain knowledge,
strong documentation skills, maintaining effective client relationships,
communication, organization, and working collaboratively.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* A minimum of 6 years of work experience in a financial services
technology environment

* Experience in middle office processes for an asset manager or
financial services firm

* Self-starter with the ability to work independently as an
individual contributor as well as a strong team player

* Demonstrable understanding of performance & attribution concepts
and detail

* Strong client relationship, communication and analytical skills

* Change agent, creative, innovative and focused on continuous
improvements

* Demonstrated project management experience on small to medium
initiatives

* Demonstrated analytical experience on new systems build-outs as
well as on enhancements to existing systems

* Strong understanding of investment processes

* Achieved, or progress being made towards a CIPM and/or CFA
certification a plus

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or
related discipline

2) Analytical rigor: We are seeking an analyst with strong analytical
capability. Able to work with large volumes of data, able to problem solve.
Able to write clear, concise and complete functional specifications.

3) SQL skills are required.

4) Performance & Attribution domain knowledge. The role will be focused
on Performance & Attribution, and baseline of domain knowledge is needed.

5) Communication skills. This is an internal client facing role and
strong communication and relationship skills are needed.

6) Organization. The role is in a fast moving environment and an ability
to be organized and proactively follow-up is a must to operate effectively.

Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for supporting systems for the Finance
and HR business areas, including systems spanning revenue and invoicing,
incentive compensation, financial planning and analysis, project costing,
and accounting applications. This Systems Analyst support function is a role
which requires a high level of interaction with the business, excellent
analytical, communications, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive user support, particularly with respect to
finance and human resource issues. Track, resolve, and report on support
requests, in a timely and thorough manner.

* Establish and maintain effective client and vendor relationships
by having a high degree of interaction with the end users.

* Work with business users and the IT team to proactively identify
opportunities for new and improved systems.

* Take ownership of issues in a fast-paced production environment
and collaborate with other teams on remediation and lead them through
completion.

* Provide support for other Firm wide initiatives such as Disaster
Recovery testing, system upgrades, security audits, infrastructure upgrades,
etc.

* Proactively identify systems/process issues and gaps to minimize
incidents.

* Key to this role is business communication, expectations
management, prompt support, follow-ups and status reporting

* Review and document existing processes and propose process or
system improvements to reduce support cost and/or streamline business
processes

Required Skills and Competencies:

* 4+ years' experience in a systems role supporting Finance
departments (experience working with packaged financial software
applications a plus)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment, taking initiative as necessary

* Demonstrate strong client focus and relationship management
skills

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to
detail

* Strong crisis and incident management skills with prior
experience in a similar support role considered a plus

* Bachelor's degree required, a major in Computer Science or
related field is preferred

* Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology -
Demonstrated data analysis and data warehouse skills considered a plus

* Experience with CA's Clarity application considered a plus

* Experience with Workday considered a plus

Keys to this Role

1) Seeking 3 to 5 years of experience. 90% of this role is Supporting
Corporate Systems such as Clarity (time keeping application) among other
systems. Clarity is a huge plus but not a requirement. The candidate will
need to have the technical aptitude to learn Clarity.

2) Technical: SQL and Oracle database skills are required. The candidate
needs strong SQL with Oracle to be able to extract data from the data base.

3) The candidate will need to have strong troubleshooting skills and be
detail oriented.

4) Hands-on Production Support experience is required.

5) Excellent communication skills are required as this candidate will
interface daily with the business.
