Duration: 12+ Months

Qualifications:

• 2+ years management experience; budgeting and capital acquisition
experience
a plus

• 3+ years of experience leading IT projects and understanding of
project
management methodologies

• Prior experience with managed services in an on-shore/off-shore model
highly
preferred.

• Strong ability to multitask, analyze, plan, gather stakeholder buy in,
communicate, and present

• Must have a technical background, preferably within an infrastructure
team.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/MIS or related field
is
preferred

• Technical certifications such as VCP, MCSE, CCA, etc a plus

• Virtual data center or cloud computing experience a plus

The Data Center Services
Manager will provide direction to and ensure quality of work produced by
an
outsourced managed services team (20-30 team members). Candidate must
use sound
technical judgment, provide clear guidance to team members, and assist
with
removing productivity barriers. They would be responsible for incident
management and overcoming operational inefficiencies of various areas
such as
monitoring, backups, compliance, process documentation, quality control,
capacity management, service degradation, escalation support, software
and
hardware upgrades, storage, servers, virtualization, inventories, and
change
management compliance.
