Senior Managers & Managers--Strategy Consulting Compensation: $150K - $160K / Year Minimum Education: Masters Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: CJA02 Prefer experience in Banking and Financial Services, Internet, Media and Entertainment, Retail  The preferred target are pedigree consulting firms. Maybe you worked in consulting, went into industry and now want to return to consulting.  Location: New York, Chicago, or Dallas  · Working with industry/domain heads, identify new consulting opportunities that showcase the division's capabilities and hold strong promise for downstream IT work  · Recruiting and developing local support talent as necessary, networking with potential client executives, participating in leading industry forums  · Manage client engagements (working closely with offshore associates and analysts) related to the business technology consulting group (portfolio analysis, technology rationalization, IT management consulting)  Develop/maintain client contacts  Develop project proposals  Ensure quality control in engagement delivery  Ideal Profile:  Successful associate principal/senior engagement manager from top tier consulting firm with deep experience in serving IT organizations.  Unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial consulting leader to build a firm, with significant support and implementation capabilities. Vertical industry spike necessary (financial services, healthcare, telecom or manufacturing). Must be comfortable in dealing with CIOs, business unit heads and other leaders. Self-reliant and able to work comfortably across time zones and cultures. Must be willing to travel 100%. (might be a little less)  Remuneration will consist of base salary and performance based bonus.
