We are currently looking for a Web Architect to work in our Ocean City, MD office.
Summary
Realogy is seeking a professional candidate to fill a full-time, programmer/developer position. This candidate will be responsible for many public facing websites as well as an intranet solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform both verbal and written updates on progress of current projects.
· Attend meetings to both listen and present ideas or ways of improving our business.
· Prepare for meetings by researching statistics, products, or competitors to accurately and informatively address peers.
· Provide written requirements definitions for projects as well as project plans for all tasks that will be worked on.
· Design and work on web based projects.
· Manage and care for existing web servers and development servers, including but not limited to routine backups, upgrades (both hardware and software), and routine maintenance. Candidate is also expected to be well versed in all logs and reports generated by the servers to help troubleshoot and provide recommendations for future projects.
Minimum Qualifications
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· 5+ years experience designing for the web
· Extensive knowledge of HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and Ajax
· ASP classic, ASP.NET, VB.NET, .Net 3.5 Framework/Visual Studio 2008
· MS SQL Server 2000 – 2008 development and management
· Thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and web architecture
