JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project/Department Description and responsibilities
• Consumer Infrastructure projects, Global Program Management
Environment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s)
General experience and understanding of:
• Windows 200X Server Platform incl. SQL, IIS, Sharepoint
• VMWare, Citrix
• Unix, Oracle
• SAP
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
• Manage Infrastructure project requests, taking into account SDLC guidelines and procedures
• Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
• Responsible for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated resource and cost estimates
• Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities, track progress and status
• Function as a team builder for projects managed
• Track, schedule and manage risks and issues to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met
• Ensure all compliance documentation is created, approved and stored appropriately
• Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget
Technical profile requirements
• Project Management experience in an international and multicultural environment (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.) (+5 years)
• Experience with end user support integrations or environments (ITIL)
• Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
• Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, SOx…)
Non-Technical profile requirements
• Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
• Travel can occur occasionally but will be limited
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Methodology/Certification requirements
• Bachelor Degree. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
• Additional PMI certification is a plus
Language proficiencies
• English spoken and written

Position Overview
We are seeking a Network/Security Engineer who will assist in designing,
building and maintaining a stable and effective primary and back-up network
that provides optimal service to the business. This position is also
responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network & server communication
problems and providing preventive solutions. Responsibilities include
monitoring, analyzing and correcting faults in network hardware or
configuration, managing vendor relationships & negotiations, preventing
security breaches & documentation of network inventory and topologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
