We are seeking an accomplished and experienced professional to serve as an Assistant Director in the Office of Human Resources.

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Director will manage and support the recruitment, classification, and compensation functions for the College staff. These functions include the supervision of staff.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related field, Masters Degree preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is desirable. Three to five years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience which includes a strong background in techniques of recruitment, compensation, position classification, survey administration, and supervision. Preference will be given to candidates with Human Resources experience in higher education. Familiarity with employee relations and benefits administration is highly desirable. Knowledge of applicable employment laws required. Knowledge of the State of New Jersey Civil Service Commission regulations, Title 4A, and PMIS is desired. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communications skills are required. Proficiency in HRIS applications, People Soft preferred, and Microsoft Office products required.

Our Northern, NJ headquarters is seeking a Tax Manager to be responsible for the US tax function including the following:

-Preparation of information for quarterly estimates and annual tax returns prepared by outside tax accountants for all US tax entities and joint ventures

-Preparation of annual tax provision and related schedules

-Reconciliation of tax accounts

-Respond to tax notices

-Assist in due diligence of potential acquisitions

-Responsible for all use tax reporting, 1042 and 1099 compliance, personal property tax returns

-Maintain contemporaneous documentation for transfer pricing

-Manage R&D credit claims

-Manage state and Federal tax audits

-Research and advise CFO and Controller on new tax regulations

-Liaise with tax managers of foreign parent companies as required

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and must be a CPA. A minimum of 10 years tax experience in both public/private accounting is also required.

General Purpose

The senior accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and
procedures to record and analyze financial information, prepare accurate and
timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting
control procedures.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

* Preparation of general ledger entries and reconciliations for
