Description: Provide technical and application advisement to prospective customers and formulate specialized rubber compounds for pharmaceutical packaging, medical device and other biopharm and biomed applications.
*** Assist sales through providing technical presentations.
*** Visited customers and present laboratory results pertaining to product performance.
*** Assist customers with improving current rubber compounds for technical applications.
*** Guide customers regarding use of product.
*** Addressed product quality performance and shelf-life issues.
*** Compile competitive information and develop comparators for sales force
*** Support manufacturing working closely with plastics engineers, predicting molding and extrusion parameters from analytical data.
