Description: Our client, a LEADER in the Capital Markets industry has the
following consulting opportunity available through RMS Computer Corporation
working onsite at our client on the following project. NO AGENCIES
PLEASELOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY JOB DESCRIPTION:Maintain and Develop Production
Support process documentation for the financial and banking reporting
systems. Help Management define and develop procedures that help track and
monitor important processes and metrics associated with the application
processing and support for client business. Assist in the documenting and
tracking of technical processing issues. Work with Production Support
peers, development peers, sending systems and downstream systems to suggest
process improvements where necessary. Heavy emphasis on Technical documents
with complex system design and data flow processes. OPPORTUNITY:This
banking line of business is a revenue generator and has emerged as an
extremely important business for Client. The selected candidates will work
with the existing Production Support Management and Leadership staff, data
center staff as well as development staff to Maintain and Develop Production
Support process documentation. This individual will work with Applications
that collect data from external service providers and loads the data into a
Data Warehouse for retrieval with the opportunity to learn Data Warehousing,
Large enterprise level system processing and monitoring, flow of financial
