The Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) is responsible for managing all aspects of
copy and related data for his/her accounts. The GCS should have excellent
relationships with clients - to the degree that clients rely on the GCS as
much as on the account team. The GCS should be a creative leader at the
agency, capable of producing imaginative, unusual, top-quality creative
ideas across all assignments, on short notice if needed. The GCS should be
able to supervisor and mentor junior writers while managing a heavy
workload.

* Produces correct and timely work, including a wide range of materials for
professional and, if appropriate, consumer audiences
* Contributes to the conceptual process - alone or as part of a group - by
generating ideas for existing clients
* Develops strong client relationships through participation in market
research, presenting creative concept development, and strategic direction
* Obtains additional background and current development information through
research, if necessary (Internet, medical publications)
* Reviews advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding
marketing of specific and related goods and services to formulate
presentation approach

Administrative Duties:

Maintain the administrative operations of the organization to enable

learning materials; coordinate and monitor fiscal management with Board

Qualifications

and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, initiative,
ability to work independently; excellent written and verbal skills, strong
computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other
related software, and ability to use the Internet for research activities.

The Manager, Annual Giving is responsible for managing the individual annual
giving program, The Vanguard, which generates unrestricted annual support
for NJPAC. The Manager is an active front-line fundraiser interacting
regularly with NJPAC constituencies. In collaboration with the Assistant
Vice President, the Manager identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits and
stewards individual donors and prospects for philanthropic support.

Position Elements:

donors/prospects.

• Plans and executes cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies
for acquisition of Vanguard donors, donor renewals and donor/member upgrades

planned giving.
