TOPIC
This presentation starts out with a quick diagnostic test so that audience members can quickly identify personal strengths and areas for improvement in terms of job search. It follows with some practical guiding thoughts about interviewing.
The audience will learn about:
The thought process of the interviewer.
The hidden agenda behind the interview questions.
How does the interviewer interpret the candidates' answers?
What is important for the hiring manager?
How does he or she make decisions?
How is the "ideal candidate" selected?
SPEAKER
ALEX FREUND: Alex Freund had a long career working for major Fortune 500 companies in the capacity of Corporate Director. Initially, after graduating from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration he worked in hotels and hospitals. From there he moved on managing the complex challenges of feeding thousands of employees in many locations throughout the country. Alex has managed some 35 different departments also known as Facilities Administration or Support Services.
Alex has extensive experience with interviewing people. He has also practical training in career coaching. Consequently, he formed LandingExpert Career Coaching services
www.LandingExpert.com). He is prominent in a number of networking groups and has helped many job seekers with their career searches, providing them with tools, information, marketing material, and one-on-one preparation for the interview.
Alex lived in three continents and speaks five languages. Currently he lives in the Princeton NJ area with his wife and has two grown up children.

Merchandise and manage the assortment of Golf and Tennis product for men's and women's, as well as to help plan and coordinate the seasonal buys, USGA buy, work with our merchandising partners on scorecards, key items, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Execute seasonal product strategies determined by senior management.
* Communication to design and corporate merchandising on golf and tennis trends and product needs.
* Communication with Senior Director of Sales Operations and sales team on product needs, etc.
* Management of Golf and Tennis line openings/showroom presentations.
* Management of working with Marketing to help develop key item marketing needs and POS tools that will help drive sales.
* Liaison with corporate merchandising and design on Golf & Tennis business - sell out, sell in, competitive positions and business strategy.
* Creation of weekly business reports and distribution to senior management.
