We would like to invite you to our premier Enterprise Search event of the year. 'Innovation in Search with Google' will take place at Google's New York office on Thursday, September 15, 2011.
In today's information-driven economy, search plays an increasingly critical role in how knowledge workers collaborate and communicate. With business users spending an estimated 20 percent of their time finding information, enterprise search has been shown to dramatically improve productivity and leverage existing IT investments.
Google customers will talk about how they are using Google's enterprise solutions to enhance their intranets and web sites with the power of Google search tools. Google executives will share their vision for enterprise search and show a preview of future developments.

- Raj Krishnan, Google Product Manager, will provide insight into the culture of innovation the drives search on Google.com.
- Thomson Reuters, a leader in information management, will discuss how an effective enterprise search solution allowed them to deliver universal search across multiple repositories and go from a 90% negative user search feedback before the GSA to a 94% positive user rating following its initial deployment.
- Avaya will explain how enterprise search enabled them to deliver better customer support globally across 29 countries as well as their phased approach to more deeply integrating search throughout their business.
