JOB SPEC:
Seeking a Project/Program Manager. We have a long-standing relationship with the hiring manager and know he has the budget and is ready to start interviewing! There are multiple roles at various Top 5 Investment Banks!!! The ideal candidate is currently working at a premier Investment Bank.

Description:
Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation. Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans into Program Plans. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations. Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups. Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management.
- 10+ years IT Project and Program management experience
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
- Expertise in using Microsoft Project/Microsoft Office
- Motivated, positive person that requires minimal management oversight
- Experience in managing very large IT projects that impact many software / infrastructure teams, external vendors, etc.
We offer attractive referral bonuses! We’ll pay a referral of $2,000-$3,000 for Perm or $10-$15/day contract for this position.
