Description
The Sr. Systems Analyst's role is to plan, coordinate, and implement software solutions for the company. â€¢ Field incoming problem tickets and help desk calls from end users to resolve
application and software issues.
â€¢ Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for
modified and newly deployed systems.
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
â€¢ 4+ yearsâ€™ experience as a developer or database analyst.
â€¢ 4+ years coding experience with one or more main-stream languages (Java, .NET, ASP, etc.)
â€¢ 2+ yearsâ€™ experience supporting web based application in a cloud or SAAS environment
â€¢ Bachelors degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
â€¢ Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers and systems.
â€¢ Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
â€¢ Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database
administration.
â€¢ Working technical experience with relational database servers.
â€¢ Experience supporting SalesForce and/or Roadnet is a big plus
â€¢ Experience supporting EPR systems for mid-tier organization

and applications testing.
