Job Title: SharePoint Architect, VP

Job Location: Midtown, NYC

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Senior Level

Bonus: Competitive bonus making total comp around $200k

Notes: U.S Citizens, Green Card Holders only; No telecommute, on-site

 

SUMMARY

·      Engineer and develop the corporate Financial Bank Microsoft SharePoint implementation.

·     Design and build secure web site and infrastructure enhancements, SharePoint specific artifacts, and user interfaces.

·      Work with the Lines of Business on data requirements and provide engineering solutions.

·      Maintain code life cycle process, Lab, QA, Production.

·      Perform systems development such that it can be easily transitioned to and supported by operations teams.

·      Complete detailed system documentation.

·      Participate with team for research and recommendations on Financial Bank SharePoint vision and roadmap.

·      Perform all technical program tasks with minimal supervision.

·      Troubleshoot problems that involve trade-offs between cost containment and or timeliness of service.

·      Articulate the business value and impact of technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Ø  8+ years experience and strong development skills in a .NET programming

Ø  8+ language (C# Only)

Ø  10-15+ Years of development experience in any object oriented language

Ø  10-15+ (C#, Java, C++)

Ø  3+ Years of ASP.net, JavaScript, Silverlight and other web programming

Ø  5+ years of Microsoft SharePoint MOSS 2003/2007/2010 experience

Ø  5+ including design and implementation

Ø  7+ Years of Microsoft SQL Server experience including engineering and

Ø  7+ development

Ø  3+ years experience in a multi-forest Active Directory environment

Ø  3+ preferred

Ø  Knowledge of Claims based and other enhanced authentication methodologies

Ø  3+ Years of experience with Microsoft Project Server Years of experience

Ø  3+ of Search including FAST or F4SP

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·      Experience with SharePoint system migrations and integrations

·      SharePoint MOSS project experience integrating with SQL and AD for over 20,000 users

·      Solid knowledge of SQL Server 2005 or later, SQL Replication, and familiarity with SQL clustered operations for SharePoint required.

·      Strong security understanding of SharePoint, IIS, Windows, Certificates, SSL, and Active Directory ACL group concepts required.

·      Scripting knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, CMD syntax, and crafting and maintainingautomation scripts required

·      Infrastructure knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008 (64 bit), Performance, and Capacity measures, specifically with respect to IIS, SQL, and SharePoint required.

·      Strong knowledge of server hardware, including IBM, Dell, and HP required.

·      Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS concepts required.

·      B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
