Job Listing [Manager, Business Analytics Job Number: nest-00023520 Nestle Nutrition Sales/Sales Services Florham Park NJ Nestle Nutrition is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to join its team in Florham Park, NJ. This position is responsible for reporting packages to senior management and broader organization including Topline reports and monthly business reviews. By delivering key insights and business solutions, viewed as the analytic partner to assigned business teams (i.e. Performance Nutrition and Healthcare Nutrition) and is the go-to contact / category expert on these businesses. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Completion of Reporting Package (Shipments / Consumption) and Monthly Reviews to meet organizational needs. 2. Recognized as the analytics expert, working with brand teams to guide their projects and improve the overall analytic capability of the organization. 3. Provide ongoing support to analytics questions on assigned business, including special projects from senior management. 4. Lead analytic projects that lead to actionable insights for marketing partners to drive additional business. 5. Lead development of lessons learned for marketing and sales partners during integrated planning process. 6. Manage syndicated (and other) data suppliers, managing their workload and priorities to improve ROI of services. 7. Maintain a high level of industry, category, customer, consumer and nutritional science expertise . REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION Must have at least 5 years of analytic experience Must have a Bachelors degree Training and experience in the following areas: Valuing diversity, Presentation skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management, Organizational Skills, Project Management, Multi Tasking SPECIFIC SKILLS Math/Financial understanding Advanced Computer skills: Excel, Power Point, and Word, Outlook, Proficiency in IRI / Nielsen Nitro GENERAL SKILLS Strong communications skills, both oral and written. Ability to analyze, interpret and develop recommendations.
