Job Description
• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects assigned
• Delivers projects successfully on time and on or under budget with regularity and predictability
• Creates and executes a detailed project plan and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Ensures proper project execution of workflows, critical paths, and milestones
• Manages project scope and change control processes
• Manages the project's budget by creating monthly forecasts and analyzing and explaining variances
• Identifies resources needed, requests appropriate resources, and ensures appropriate staffing for the duration of the project to ensure efficient and successful project completion
• Records actual labor utilization on the project and creates resource utilization forecasts
• Effectively manages a diverse group of team members from the business, IT and external service providers
• Track project issues and ensures appropriate resolution
• Identifies, qualifies, and documents risks and puts in place appropriate mitigation strategies
• Reviews project deliverables to ensure high quality

Education/Qualifications
BS/BA with 10+ years of IT project management experience, with 3-5 years in a senior project leadership position. PMI certification highly desirable, but not required.
 
Experience Required:
Ten (10) years of IT experience with five or more (5+) years of full time Project Management experience in technical systems implementations
Experience in managing large scale or complex projects that span multiple years, countries, systems, etc.
Project management or related experience focused on managing and implementing clinical data management systems preferred.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Responsibilities:
Program Design
* Develop a comprehensive program, beginning in ninth grade and continuing through college graduation, to ensure that all HVA students and alumni have the skills and support needed to complete their four-year degrees
* Track and analyze available data about HVA alumni achievement, identifying risk factors and effectively intervening at critical junctures
* Assess existing college readiness and persistence programs and incorporate elements of effective programs, recommending improvements where applicable
* Collaborate with senior leadership to create and broadcast college completion messaging, creating compelling reasons for students to stay enrolled and successfully graduate from a four-year institution
Mentoring and Counseling

Job Description:
 
We are seeking a Respiratory
Care Practitioner to sets-up
and operate respiratory care equipment that used in the diagnosis and treatment
of Cardio-pulmonary diseases or illnesses for ourCardiopulmonary Neurology Diagnostic Services Unit.  As
a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Bayonne Medical Center ,
you must demonstrate knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilators. You
will assess the Respiratory status of assigned patients through physical exam,
chart review, history and response to ordered therapy, as well as, observe
patients during treatment and therapy, instructing them in breath control.        
 
Tasks include:
* Confirming computer generated orders with written orders in the patients chart at the beginning of the shift prior to administering care.
* Documenting all patient care given on the Respiratory Progress Sheet including Pulse Oximetry and documents medication administration on M.A.R's
* Documenting all patient/family education on the Multi-Disciplinary Education form and documenting all patient problems and expected outcomes on Multi-Disciplinary problem form
* Performing therapeutic procedures for patient, including airway management and CPR as required.
* Performing Arterial Puncture, aseptic techniques demonstrating knowledge of Pharmacology as related to therapies given
 
 
Job Requirements:
 
·   EDUCATION: Graduate
of a CoARC accredited Respiratory Program (Commission on Accreditation for
Respiratory Care). Must have
passed CRT or RRT Tests
as per "National Board of Respiratory Care"
·   EXPERIENCE:  Minimum of 3 years in all Clinical areas,
including critical care preferred
·   LICENSURE:  Licensed by the State of New Jersey , as Respiratory Care Practitioner
