Job Description A major Bank Holding Company with an office in Jersey City, New Jersey is looking for a Capacity Manager.
Responsibilities:
Building capacity models to enable GTIS to understand what capabilities (people and technology) exist within The organization.
Using capacity models to highlight over and under utilization or resources (people and technology) within GTIS Service towers to inform investment decisions and changes to GTIS delivery organization and capabilities.
Working with the clients to inform decision processes on prioritization of Run The Bank and Change The Bank Initiatives to build and develop services.
Skills Required 5 years + experience in Capacity Management
Understand the Bank's business; uses knowledge to influence team strategies, priorities and actions to execute Personal and team objectives.
Successful track record of working within a large scale, complex and global IT functional team.
Proven ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships.
Financial Management of budgets and investment cases.
Strong understanding of technology processes and frameworks.
Track record leading organisational transformation and delivering business results during periods of organisational change.
Ability to manage and drive internal and external partnerships to engender true value and win-win relationships.
Proven ability to develop and recruit "A" players
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
Salary Range This is a full time position for an Assistant Vice President and the starting salary will be based on experience.
