Job Description A major Bank Holding Company located in New York City is looking for a Global PMO for COO with Financial Services Industry. They are looking for a Junior PMO coordinator. Candidates main focus will be Infrastructure priority programs and Management reporting. THIS POSITION IS FOR A SENIOR CANDIDATE.
Responsibilities:
The Role reports ot the FICC Technology COO office.
Establish structure and process around FICC Technology Infrastructure Priority Program reporting (track actual to budget, Manage issues and risks, work with various project managers to produce regular project status, etc.)
Define reporting process and reporting materials for key technology programs, accountable for regular program status reporting.
Manage Monthly FICC Technology Management Report Creation, Publication and Communication; including regular review Process to ensure reports continue to be relevant and in line with current strategies.
Liaison with central technology program management office and do the following:
Facilitate monthly project reporting cycle Facilitate semi-annual project reviews Participate in various working groups as required Participate in periodic UAT for new time tracking tool releases Provide general project management toolset support and develop subject matter expertise.
Skills Required College Degree and PMP / Prince certified an advantage
Superior analytical, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
Advanced MS Excel (including pivots), MS PowerPoint and MS Project
PMO experience ideally gained in an IT PMO role within an Investment Bank or Financial Services organization
Excellent numerical, analytical (statistical knowledge desired), written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in handling management information and metrics (design, collection and reporting)
Experience in a project environment
High attention to detail
Natural tendency to challenge norms and drive to improve processes
Salary Range This is a temporary position which will pay up to $700 an day Corp to Corp and $600 W-2.
