Job Description:
This will be a senior position with the responsibility to execute and grow Indegene's patient engagement strategy in the United States
1. Developing and executing the patient engagement and adherence/compliance strategy for the US market
2. Building and executing a sales strategy in conjunction with Indegene's account teams
3. Building, guiding and tracking capability enhancement in the patient value practice in conjunction with the Global patient value competence team.
4. Generating and closing business in line with pre-agreed targets. Includes all aspects like strategy, pitch presentations, proposal review/development, and deal closure.
5. Creating and articulate a compelling value proposition for key decision makers within client accounts. Assisting in the development of differentiated conceptual frameworks that help clarify and solidify the value proposition.
6. Contributing at company level - company annual plans, strategic plans, and business and process development
Desired Skills & Experience
Desired Profile:
1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing with a substantial part of the experience in United States.
2. Experience in patient support, compliance and adherence programs in the US market
3. Strong business acumen and drive to accomplish business targets
4. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
5. Keeping abreast of the latest technological/business developments vis-à-vis patient engagement strategies
6. Competencies that we are looking at: 1. Client focus 2. Result orientation 3. Communicating with Impact 4. Team player
