Our client is seeking a Senior System Engineer to assist with the research,
evaluation and implementation of new technologies ranging from
infrastructure services to new computing and smart phone devices. This
resource will assist the Architecture team with the evaluation and
implementation of Windows Server 2012, Windows 8 Enterprise, Windows 8 RT,
IE 10, Direct Access, Lync
This resource will work with the team and be tasked with:
. Creating a new Lab Environment for Window 2012 testing
. Creating a new test environment for IE 10 testing
. Creating Windows 8 Test images
. Enterprise standard
. Windows to go
. Testing Lync Enhancements in the Lab
. Support the deployment of Direct Access
. Support the deployment Lync services
. Assist in the migration of services to the new DMZ

Acts as project manager/team leader in support of large, complex, and multi functional computerized system(s); assists in preparation of the computer services budget; monitors assigned budget(s) for designated data processing/applications systems as assigned
- Organize and lead small groups to resolve complex business problems
- Work with business customers to understand requirements and develop specifications for large-sized projects
- Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process
- Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures
- Oversees, coordinates, and participates in organizational, operational, and procedural analyses to determine information input, work processes, and desired output for potential and/or up dated computerization for a large number of users in support of a multi departmental or county wide applications; reviews and analyzes a variety of forms, documents, reports, data output, and record-keeping requirement
Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
5+ years of experience writing technical and business specifications
Ability to handle multiple assignments
Superior written and oral communication skills
Able to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience .
