We are currently recruiting for a Director, Retail Trading IT position
based in Weehawken, NJ

In this role, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of
developers for delivering transformational front office retail trading
applications across all asset classes (Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed
Income, Precious Metals, FX, Structured products etc.) for Wealth
Management business. Ideal candidate will have solid communication,
presentation, relationship-building, organizational and problem solving
skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. System architecture and Design
2. Understand business requirements and translate them into SDLC phases
3. Coordinate Analysis/Design/implementation across multiple UBS and
offshore teams
4. Lead, develop and mentor junior team members
5. Maintain high standard of service excellence.
6. Perform other duties as required.

- Strong hands-on experience and background in Core Java, Web services,
Open Source (Redhat, JBOSS Middleware stack, Spring framework, FUSE
Servicemix, Hibernate, Websphere 7 & 8, TomCat 7, JMS,
XML/JSP/JavaScript, project deployment, Oracle and Sybase.

- Knowledge of User Interface technologies like HTML5, EXTJS, JSON and
other Javascript frameworks

I have a position in Ramsey, for a Business Analyst with strong MS Office skills - Excel, PP, and Access, to work with Sales Analysis projects.

Will compile sales reports; audit and administer monthly and quarterly Sales reports to measure key performance indicators of their field sales force. 

Candidate will also maintain customer loyalty database and work with IT department to ensure data accuracy and accommodate User requests.

Salary is up to $65k with bonus. (not very high, but they only need 2-3 years exp.)
