Job Description:
 
To support our global customer base, Kohl is looking for highly skilled Tier 2/3 Customer Technical Support Engineer(s) with 10+ years experience with the following skills/experience:
 
1.     Communications Server 2000 (CS2K) recovery and troubleshooting skills – including all CS2K elements: XA-Core, EM, IEMS, CBM, MG9k, ABI, SESM, SAM21, SIP protocols and hardware
2.     Experience troubleshooting CS2K translations, provisioning, and hardware
3.     Experience troubleshooting VoIP CS2K solution and its associated network elements
4.     Working knowledge, troubleshooting, fault isolation and emergency recovery skills for the Nortel DMS product portfolio, including DMS 100/250/500 (knowledge of the DMS10 would be a big plus)
5.     Strong DMS CM debugging skills/experiences
6.     Strong CCS7/ISUP signaling/trunk and call processing experiences (DPNSS/BTUP protocols knowledge would be a big plus)
7.     Log file analysis, operational measurements, software tools (DLOG, CALLTRAK, XPMIST, PMDEBUG, patch administration
8.     Working knowledge, troubleshooting, fault isolation for Nortel STP and Broadband STP would be a plus

I have a position in Ramsey, for a Business Analyst with strong MS Office skills - Excel, PP, and Access, to work with Sales Analysis projects.

Will compile sales reports; audit and administer monthly and quarterly Sales reports to measure key performance indicators of their field sales force. 

Candidate will also maintain customer loyalty database and work with IT department to ensure data accuracy and accommodate User requests.

Salary is up to $65k with bonus. (not very high, but they only need 2-3 years exp.)

The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients for the
