Project Description:
Telecommunication is expanding the current infrastructure to support customized sales programs. Large outsourcing sale programs require Telecommunication to be a network integrator for for many vocie and data services. As a total solution provider, Telecommunication will provide traditional telecom services as well as management services managing the fulfillment and operation across multiple suppliers. The added management services requires new infrastructure in handling suppliers

Description:
The candidate needs to help perform the service order data analysis, to develop service order data processing techniques, to deploy algorithms to derive the monthly recurring management fee structure, to test database models and to process the data into acceptable for billing and invoicing. Subsequently, the needs to develop comprehensive requirements and programs for implementing the algorithms. - 3+ Years of experience with UNIX, Shell, Awk or Perl
- 5+ years of Oracle SQL and PLSQL experience
- 5+ years of web database application development experience using MVC Architecture
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL Certification (desired but not required)
- Experience using JBuilder, Eclipse or JDeveloper, SQL Navigator/TOAD, Apache, Tomcat, Unix (Solaris), Oracle 9i/10G, Web Logic for production-level projects - Strong Reporting/OLAP/DataWarehouse experience and skills in developing custom and ad-hoc reports.
- Ability to develop basic images/icons for web pages using any graphical dev. tools ( Adobe, etc)
- Experience with developing web graphical reports using server-side Java packages (JFreeChart, etc)
- Strong front-end development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, XML, XSLT
- 3+ years of experience using JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJBs, J2EE, XML
- 2+ years of experience in developing with Spring framework and Hybernate
- Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with clients and business users
- MS or BS degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/etc
- Ability to take lead developer/architecture role for different systems
- Sun Java Certification
